The nature of Siena Vineyard Estates suggests very specific architectural styles expressed in classic country homes with a wine country flair. The architectural imagery that will define Siena Vineyard Estates will be inspired from the California wine country, adobe ranches, Santa Barbara, Spanish Colonial, Provence, Andalusian and Tuscan farmhouses, as well as more contemporary interpretations of these themes. The colors, materials and finishes of each home must match the intended architectural style, while harmonizing with the community as a whole. The Residential Design Standards and the Design Review Committee will provide the framework to help custom homesite owners create unique residences for their families. Ultimately, the design guidelines will be administered by residents as a primary tool for achieving homes of high aesthetic value, in alignment with the vision of Siena Vineyard Estates.
